Year 5 & 6 students will be attending the Berry Sport & Recreation Camp from the 14th - 18th October 2019. Please ensure permission notes have been returned and final payments have been made by the end of this term. It is a condition of the camp that an online medical form be submitted prior to attendance so please also ensure this has been completed. See the attachments for more information and plaese contact the school if you require any further information.
